Maravarr dream incorporated was established in january 2006 by paul meyers. I am an independent inventor and posses a provisional patent filed with the us patent and trademark office for the redesign of the lighted spiiral holiday (christmas) product currently being manufactured, sometimes to us distributor specifications. Other times the product is of China design. Either way, the lighted spiral product as currently manufactured is all but identical from all China companies. The only differences being that some are made using rope lighting and some use miniature lights attached to plastic spiral track for illumination.
Patents cannot be obtained for any of the current products which have been available, unchanged, and unimproved since approximately 2001. Because of this fact, the product is considered "mature".

My redesigned product marks the rebirth of the lighted spiral sculpture and demand will soar for this product. There are several major changes to the product that will drastically increase its' demand, however none of the changes are at all costly in terms of changes required to modify the redesigned product for manufacture. In fact, the product may be able to be produced at about the same price point as the currently manufactured product.

When this redesigned product is introduced to the market, all demand for the currently designed lighted spiral product will cease to exist. There is no comparrison to the redesigned product because of its' vast superiority in ease of use to the consumer, it multiply's methods of display - the current product can only be displayed in 2 ways: Using the lawn spike, or using the stand; the new redesigned product can be displayed using the lawn spike and stand as well, but in addition can be displayed on virtually any vertical or horizontal surface, including glass or any other non pourus surface. There is virtually no limitation to where the redesigned lighted spiral sculpture can be displayed. Some vertical display options allow the sculpture to be displayed without the need of the center support pole which provide a very sleek aesthetic visual quality. The redesigned product also has commercial applications and will easily compete will any other product currently available. All methods of display are quick and easy for the user to complete which makes this redesigned lighted spiral scupture a giant leap from the frustrating design that has been available since 2001.

The redesign effort focused on efficiency. Change over costs, from exiting designed lighted spiral products, to the new design should be minimal. In fact, if the topper is not changed, from star toppers used on existing designed products, to the new spiral topper as per our redesign; the change-over cost from existing design to our new design is literally pennies.

A Provisional Patent was filed with the USPTO January 23,2006, and the patent encompasses all variations of the redesigned product. The Provisional Patent prevents any disclosure of information pertaining to the redesign for one year from the filing date. Current lighted spiral products, all of the same design and operation, do not qualify for patent protection under USPTO guidelines.

Maravarr wishes to transfer complete ownership of our provisional patent of the redesigned product to any buyer offering $60,000.00 U. S. Dollars (sixty thousand dollars and no cents united states currency).

If Maravarr receives a purchase offer by August 21,2006, the purchase price will be reduced to $50,000.00 U. S. Dollars (fifty thousand dollars and no cents United States currency)

Maravarr will provide to anyone requesting, photograph of our redesigned product in use commercially. As you will see from photo, commercial application will generate immense sales and will result in huge profits.
